What Rapid AI is

Rapid AI uses OpenAI models together with Rapid Deals’ approved Dubai real-estate knowledge, public website records and the property or project context supplied in the conversation. The website does not connect visitors to Pankaj Ahuja’s personal ChatGPT account or present a generic unrestricted chatbot.

What Ask Rapid can do

It can organise a property question, inspect buyer-facing brochures, floor plans, payment plans or property images, consider pasted links, search current public information when enabled and form a structured preliminary view.

What it cannot safely approve

It cannot independently guarantee live price, availability, title, contract meaning, law, regulation, finance, tax, formal valuation, technical condition, negotiation or the final recommendation.

Evidence labels

The experience separates verified facts, developer or seller-stated claims, market estimates, Rapid analysis and matters requiring confirmation. A confident tone does not change the label.

Human identity

The AI does not pretend to be Pankaj Ahuja and does not claim that Pankaj or another Rapid advisor personally approved an output unless a real human review has occurred.

Data care

Do not upload passports, Emirates IDs, title deeds, tenancy contracts, banking records, cheques, signed agreements, passwords or confidential third-party information. Seller, owner, landlord and tenant reviews begin with a Rapid human, not an AI document upload. Review the Document Upload Terms. Only the relevant material needed for the question may be sent to OpenAI when live analysis is enabled. Rapid does not silently switch the question to another generative-AI provider. If OpenAI is unavailable, the website can show approved non-generative guidance and human routes instead. Signed-in users may retain conversations and generated files in a private Decision Journal until they clear or delete them, subject to the final retention policy.

Current-source tools

When current-source or URL-context tools are enabled, the system may retrieve public webpages to support a response. Citations improve traceability but do not remove the need to confirm date-sensitive facts with the original source and the responsible party.

Final responsibility

A Rapid advisor must verify material facts and take responsibility for the final real-estate advice. Questions requiring a separate professional licence must be confirmed by the appropriately qualified provider.

Official-source boundary

Ask Rapid has no live connection to Dubai Land Department systems and must not present a Rapid calculation as an official DLD result. It should direct the user to the relevant official service and may help interpret the result afterward.
