Document Upload Terms
A file should be uploaded only when it is necessary, authorised and appropriate for the channel.
Permitted material
Registered users may be allowed to submit property brochures, floor plans, developer material, non-sensitive property photographs or similar material for a preliminary buyer-side review. Rapid staff may use other approved channels for documents genuinely required in a brokerage transaction.
Do not upload to AI or public forms
Do not upload passports, Emirates IDs, visas, payment-card data, complete bank records, cheques, passwords, title deeds, tenancy contracts, signed sale or brokerage agreements, powers of attorney or confidential third-party records through Rapid AI or a public website form.
Your authority to share
By uploading a file, you confirm that you are authorised to provide it for the requested review and that doing so does not breach another person’s privacy, confidentiality, contract or intellectual-property rights.
How a file may be processed
The file may be stored with the relevant account or enquiry and, where live AI review is requested, relevant content may be transmitted to the configured AI provider to prepare a preliminary response. Access should be limited to authorised users and service providers required for the requested function.
No automatic acceptance or verification
Uploading a document does not prove that it is authentic, current, complete or legally effective. Rapid may reject, delete, quarantine or request a safer sharing method for a file that is unnecessary, unreadable, malicious, excessive or inappropriate for the channel.
Retention and deletion
Files should be retained only for the account, enquiry, transaction, security or lawful record-keeping purpose for which they are needed. Account deletion or clearing controls may not remove information that must lawfully be retained or that remains temporarily in protected backups.
